Role: Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role :
We are currently working with a fast-growing company seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join their team in a remote working position. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 3+ years of experience in Power Platform development to take on a key role in building innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients.
In this role, you will work closely with a talented team of developers to create scalable solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, and related technologies. If you are passionate about leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies to solve real-world business challenges, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) tailored to client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint solutions and other business applications.
  • Work within an agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their business needs and design bespoke solutions.
  • Provide technical support to customers through the ticketing system (Freshdesk), ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow best practices for development, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and of the highest quality.
As this is a remote role, you’ll need to have a reliable broadband connection, your own equipment, and a comfortable home office setup to ensure your success.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Proven experience in building solutions with Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  • Familiarity with the D365 family of products and Common Data Service (CDS).
  • Completed PL-100 and PL-200 certifications.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile development environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with SPFx, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with responsive design and development.
  • Strong programming and development background.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Restful APIs.
Advantageous Skills
  • Experience with React, Microsoft Azure, and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • MS-100, MS-300, and MS-301 certifications are a plus (please provide links to your transcript if applicable).
