Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in managing our IT infrastructure, supporting our employees, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technological processes. As the IT Manager, you will oversee the company’s IT operations, manage the IT team, and lead the strategic planning and implementation of all IT systems and services. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our IT systems, while also providing hands-on technical support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data storage systems.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the company’s data and IT systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee IT support services, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the timely resolution of IT problems.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay current with technological trends and advancements, recommending improvements to the IT infrastructure as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • Experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
