Job Title: Head of People & Culture
Location: London (Hybrid 3 days per week on-site)
Salary: £70,000 D.O.E

Digital Waffle is on the lookout for a dynamic Head of People & Culture to join our award-winning client. As a vital part of their organisation, you will play a leading role in fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement, development, and well-being.

What you'll do:

• Build and implement strategies to inspire accountability and continuous learning
• Work with team leads to establish clear, actionable goals and ensure feedback drives improvement
• Use psychology-based methods to enhance team motivation, satisfaction, and productivity
• Deliver programs to promote work-life balance and mental health
• Develop training pathways, mentorship opportunities, and career progression frameworks
• Cultivate an inclusive, supportive workplace where innovation and teamwork thrive
• Design recognition and engagement strategies to celebrate achievements and foster connection
• Keep HR policies up to date and compliant with regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and oversee adherence to industry standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a creative or marketing space
• Strong expertise in performance management, organisational psychology, and employee engagement
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD membership is beneficial
