Social Media Manager

A digital content company, famed for supplying and producing first rate video content, is on the hunt for a Social Media Growth Manager, to join the team and take responsibility for driving organic growth.

The right candidate will be well versed in competitor analysis, and will be a total whizz at understanding social media algorithms. This role is focused on driving growth for the company based on organic impressions, so you will need to be analytically minded, with the ability to assert what sort of content will work well, at what times, and more importantly, why.

Location: Birmingham (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £40,000

• At least three years worth of experience in a similar role 
• Excellent analytical skills, as to understand what is driving revenue and achieving significant impressions, and what is not
• Able to provide in depth competitor research reports, in order to assess how certain forms of content perform in relation to others, and how you can implement successful competitor campaigns within this business
• Experience using all relevant software, including but not limited to, Meta for Business, Youtube Studios and the TikTok analytics page
• Must be motivated by performance growth- this role is based on growing digital success organically, so a growth mindset is required
• Happy to keep up to date with emerging trends in the Social Media lifecycle
