Job Role: Senior Sales and Partnership Manager
Salary: Up to €65k (with up to 100k with company shares)
Location: Munich – hybrid working offered
We are looking to hire a Senior Sales/Partnership Manager to join an EduTech start-up based in Munich. After a successful 3 years, they are currently experiencing an exhilarating period of growth. As a Senior Sales and Partnership Manager, you'll play a pivotal role, working closely with company founders, in developing our B2B offerings and expanding their network of partnerships and collaborations. In this role, you'll be responsible for diverse tasks, including B2B sales leadership, shaping business strategy, problem-solving for partner challenges, and driving impact through project management. You will work on strategic direction and partnership building to expand the company’s reach. Your personal and professional growth will be a priority, with coaching, leadership responsibilities, and abundant career advancement opportunities.

Skills you should hold (with over 4 years of experience):
- Experience in a high-paced environment, such as management consulting or startups, with a focus on B2B sales
- Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
- A degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, with outstanding academic performance, and have gained practical experience in your field
- Minimum C1 Level German and English language
