Location: London - Sutton (hybrid: 2 days a week on-site)

A fantastic marketing agency on a mission to craft unforgettable brand experiences is looking for a Senior Designer to join their ranks and become a driving force in our creative vision.

You'll be:

• A design veteran with a minimum of 5+ years of experience slaying it in the marketing agency world.
• A master of the design toolkit, wielding software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with ease.
• A strategic thinker who can translate complex marketing goals into clear and captivating visuals.
• Someone who has experience working in the B2B sector and an ability to really understand B2B businesses
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, mentoring junior designers and fostering a culture of creativity.
• A presentation ninja who can confidently showcase design concepts to clients and secure buy-in.
• A trendsetting trailblazer with a keen eye for design innovations and best practices.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• A knack for motion graphics or animation.
• The ability to code (HTML, CSS) - a plus, not a must.
