Job Title: 2nd Line Support Analyst
Location: Normanton, UK
Salary: £30k

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a fantastic team based in Normanton. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert 2nd line technical support on the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues from the first line support team.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure efficient operation of the organization’s IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions implemented.
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a 2nd Line Support Analyst, preferably in a Microsoft technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and other Microsoft server technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with users and team members.
  • A valid driving license and passport are necessary for occasional travel and client interactions.
