Job Title: Product Owner (Contract)
Location: Northampton (80% Remote)
Rate: £400-£500 per day (Outside IR35)
Contract Length: 12 months+

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Work closely with internal and external software engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements on time and within budget.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Champion user experience and interface design, driving improvements to front-end functionality and overall product usability.
- Define and analyse key metrics to measure product success, iterate based on insights, and pivot when necessary.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within a SaaS or tech company, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong background in front-end UX/UI design, with a focus on delivering intuitive and visually appealing experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organisation.
- Experience working with key stakeholders, both internal (e.g., product management, marketing) and external (e.g., clients, partners), to gather requirements and drive consensus.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver successful products.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and measure product performance.
- Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
