Job Role: Online Art Director

Salary: Up to €53k

Location: Sassenberg – Hybrid working

Language: C1 level German and English language skills

We are currently recruiting for an Art Director to join a design agency with a team of 40 passionate colleagues, working with national and international premium clients. They develop and implement top-notch brand strategies, communication concepts, and products. You'll play a leading role in taking websites and online marketing campaigns from conception all the way through to implementation, ensuring they're not only user-friendly and visually appealing but also high-performing to achieve their clients’ specific needs and goals. Additionally, you'll be the go-to person for web analytics, using your expertise to analyse data and guarantee a successful online presence for their partners.

Skills you should hold:

A passion for digital media and a strong online presence (formal education is a plus, but not required).
A creative, solution-oriented, and bold approach to web design and online campaigns.
An independent and structured work style with high commitment, team spirit, and communication skills.
The ability to confidently present ideas and concepts to both teams and clients.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe XD.
Strong English and German communications skills – C1 level or above.
