Job Role: Marketing Coordinator
Salary: Up to €40k
Location: Den Bosch - one day a week in office
We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a Saas Company that focuses on HR tools. We are looking for someone who can develop and execute regional lead generation plans and collaborate across departments for integrated sales campaigns. You'll track performance and optimize campaigns, while your competitive edge will be used to craft targeted strategies for brand awareness and market penetration in your region (Netherlands, Belux, and France). Working with our Content & Design team, you'll ensure localised marketing materials and consistent branding. Event management skills are a plus, as you'll define, manage, and execute company-owned events across Europe. Finally, you'll leverage marketing automation and data, fostering strong customer relationships, developing case studies, and managing local marketing efforts.

Skills you should hold (with 1-2 years experience):
- Experience with marketing automation or similar marketing campaign systems
- A passion for full-mix marketing (digital and physical channels)
- Fluency in English & Dutch - French skills are also a bonus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mind and business acumen
- The ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and exercise sound judgment
- Adaptability and a team player mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
