Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Integration: Lead the integration of acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with our investment thesis and value creation plans.
- Process Development: Develop scalable playbooks and processes tailored to the size and location of each acquisition.
- Project Management: Create and execute detailed integration plans, overseeing every step of the integration process.
- Due Diligence: Participate in the later stages of due diligence to ensure seamless transitions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Strategy teams to gather and deliver essential data and information.
- Change Management: Assist leaders of acquired businesses in adopting our Sales, Service, and Marketing models.
- Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Global Travel: Travel to different locations worldwide as needed to facilitate integration activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on integration.
- Strong project management skills and a delivery-focused mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
