Digital Waffle is working with an excellent business solutions provider, established more than over 40 years ago. They are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. As an Infrastructure Engineer, your role is to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for clients. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource management, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality IT solutions and services to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and security concepts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2 are advantageous.
