Job description

I am looking for an experienced Head of Sales in the travel industry to become a vital part of my clients expansion and join their aspirational, creative, global team. 

Requirements:
● Team Management: Establish and supervise sales goals while inspiring and managing the sales team.
● Development of Sales Strategies: Create and carry out successful sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
● Market Expansion: Accelerate my clients globalisation by identifying growth opportunities in new markets.
● Teamwork: Encourage cooperation among teammates across boundaries to accomplish shared objectives.
● B2B Sales Leadership: Manage the B2B sales activities
● Process Improvement: Find ways to improve the sales process and put strategies into place to make it more effective.
● Legal Compliance: Offer advice on legal issues, such as terms and conditions of the business and package holiday legislation.
● Quality Assurance: Make sure that sales procedures are of a high calibre, and include feedback for ongoing development.


About You:
● Sales Experience: 5 to 8 years of demonstrable sales experience with a history of hitting goals.
● Experience in Leadership: 3–4 years of overseas team leadership experience.
● Digital Affinity: The organisation has a strong passion for AI development and digitalization.
● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to establish enduring bonds with clients and coworkers.
● Strategic Adaptability: Capacity to modify plans in order to conform to market conditions and corporate objectives.
● Industry Knowledge: It's advantageous to have experience with internationalisation, B2B sales, and the tourism sector.

Salary - Up to £70K
Location - Remote
