Job description

A European-based travel company is on the hunt for a Head of Sales to join the ranks and revolutionise sales best practice and play a critical role in the company's growth. 

This role is perfect for someone with around 8 years of experience, who is happy to work in a target-driven role, with all levels of seniority throughout the business and have the opportunity to travel abroad for work!

About You:
● Sales Experience: 5 to 8 years of demonstrable sales experience with a history of hitting goals.
● B2B Sales Leadership: Managing the B2B sales activities
● Team Management: Establish and supervise sales goals while inspiring and managing the sales team.
● Experience in Leadership: 3–4 years of overseas team leadership experience.
● Digital Affinity: The organisation has a strong passion for AI development and digitalization.
● Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to establish enduring bonds with clients and coworkers.
● Strategic Adaptability: Capacity to modify plans in order to conform to market conditions and corporate objectives.
● Industry Knowledge: It's advantageous to have experience with internationalisation, B2B sales, and the tourism sector.

Salary - Up to £70K
Location - Remote with the opportunity to travel across Europe
