Role: Front of House Receptionist
Salary: Up to £32k DOE
Location: Leamington Spa
We're seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join a fantastic team as a Front of House Receptionist/Building Manager. You'll be the first port of call for tenants, ensuring their experience is exceptional, while also overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the building.

We're seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join a fantastic team as a Front of House Receptionist/Building Manager. You'll be the first port of call for tenants, ensuring their experience is exceptional, while also overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the building.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner.
- Manage tenant relations: Address enquiries, coordinate moves in/out, and foster positive relationships.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Oversee building operations: Manage security, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Liaise with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies and implement safety protocols.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service or building management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
- Experience with building access control systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
