Job Role: Finance and ESG Manager
Salary: Up to €52k
Location: Munich – On-site working
We are looking to hire a Finance and ESG Manager to join a Game and VR Development house based in Munich. You will handle investor reporting, prepare business plans, and monitor performance within the areas of finance, business development, strategy, and ESG. You will be in charge of establishing ESG reporting, integrating it into operational processes, and introducing a dedicated medium-term ESG strategy. Some specific areas of business development will be supported by yourself such as customer acquisition and strategic corporate development. On top of this, you will organise tender projects and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. The company is looking for someone who is happy working with tight deadlines or in a transactional context and can plan ahead when working.

Skills you should hold (with over 3 years of experience):
- Fluency in German and English – around C1/C2 level
- Relevant experience in management consulting, project management, or similar roles
- Practical skills in finance, business case analysis, and comfort working with financial and performance indicator models
- Academic background in business administration, engineering, sciences, IT, or law.
