Job Role: Digital Project Manager
Salary: Up to €68k
Location: Munich, Hamburg or Berlin
We are currently recruiting Digital Project Managers to join a German-based digital agency specialising in tech development and content creation. They are looking for Mid-Level and Senior Project Managers to join the team. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling complex projects while adhering to budget, time, and quality across all service areas. You’ll also be in charge of technical, organizational, and professional support, as well as the ongoing development of customers. During the role, you will craft project plans, effort estimates, offers, and concepts.

- Digital project management experience, overseeing the entire process, and expertise in conceiving and producing content for digital campaigns and channels, managing service providers.
- Collaboration across disciplines, translating between Tech and Creative.
- Strong sense of structured work, prioritization, and budget management.
- Proactive problem-solving mentality with a keen awareness of quality and detail.
- Curiosity and adaptability for continuous experimentation and process optimization.
- Minimum B2 level German language skills.
- Proficiency in common project management methods (Prince 2, Agile) and tools.
