Digital Waffle is proud to be working with an exciting AI company in Paris, developing a conversational AI phone agent. They're a passionate team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible and making a positive impact through responsible AI development.

The Role
As their Chief Product Officer (CPO), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You'll lead a cross-functional team of product managers, researchers, and engineers to bring their AI vision to life, creating user-friendly and impactful products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the company's product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• You are hands-on and want to build, not just lead.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive and user-centric products.
• Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring successful launch and adoption.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the company, including executives, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in product management, preferably within Conversational AI or Phone Agents
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus)
• Passion for AI technology and its potential to make a positive impact.
