Business Development Executive (with relocation to Malaysia)

I am working with a global property company, looking for a Business Development Executive, to join the team and drive growth by attracting new clients.
The right candidate will have around two years of experience in Business Development and will be crucial in expanding the company's client base and revenue strategies by engaging in strategic outreach activities.
Location: Malaysia (relocation package)
Salary: £2000 monthly (after tax) plus commission
And what do you get in return? This role comes with a full relocation package, including payment for your flight out, three months of accommodation provided for free, and subsequently £500 per month towards accommodation after that. Aside from this, there is a full training plan, and regular promotions, usually at 20% of your current salary.
This company has offices in Mauritius, Thailand, Vietnam and Dubai, so once probation has been passed, there is the option to relocate to one of these offices.

- Around two years of experience in a sales/business development role, ideally within the property sector
- Strong interpersonal skills are required as this is a client-facing role
- Able to utilise platforms such as LinkedIn, Data tools, Google, and other social channels to conduct in-depth research on potential clients
- Confident when developing a thorough understanding of client demographics
- Experience developing effective outreach strategies to engage cold and warm leads
- An excellent relationship builder, happy to maintain regular communication with clients
- Happy to work with CRM systems and other designated tools to update profiles and facilitate efficient lead management
