Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our organisation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and implement solutions related to financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to financial systems.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing financial systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
• Design and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure effective implementation of system changes and enhancements.
• Conduct regular system testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and assess the performance of financial systems, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Financial, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
