Location: Coventry (4-5 days a week on-site)

For this role the BI Analyst will support the business with resolving queries and any issues their teams are experiencing. In this challenging and also exciting role, you will use your SQL skills to investigate and troubleshoot problems and resolve them. We are looking for a proactive person who is a self-starter.
They are looking for an experienced BI Analyst who has the enthusiasm and commitment to excel in their IT department. A keen eye for detail, a highly structured approach, also a personal drive to succeed and the ability to learn and grow are all key assets you will possess. From a technical standpoint, you will be using advanced and practical knowledge of SQL, as well as expert usage of Excel to deliver and present results (e.g. advanced formulas, pivot tables).

- Knowledge of MS SQL Server; T-SQL is essential
- Writing SQL queries
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Good problem identification and solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines and prioritise
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
